Our engine upgrade kit ensures bulletproof reliability for the 4-TEC 1.5L engine in racing and high-output systems. When you're pushing the limits and looking for maximum reliability, our engine internal upgrade kit is a must.
RIVA Pro Series Pistons Installed. Our high-strength forged racing pistons provide maximum reliability and performance with a large engine and turbo. Optimized dome design, improved lubrication hole layout, premium low-friction ring package, tool steel wrist pin and carbon steel wire locks provide increased reliability for powerful engines.
RIVA Pro Series Cylinder Head Stud Kit Installed. Stud kits reduce thread fatigue in the cylinder head and significantly increase reliability due to more accurate and consistent torque loading. More consistent head gasket clamping force helps prevent head gasket blowouts and ensures optimal engine tightness.
RIVA Pro Series Cylinder Head Gasket Installed. Designed to withstand the intense heat and pressure of high power and high horsepower. Durable three-layer stainless steel construction is Viton coated and embossed for corrosion resistance, improved sealing, and torque load support.
RIVA Valve Train Upgrade Kit installed. Titanium valve retainers and heavy-duty valve springs increase the reliability of the modified engine by reducing the possibility of valve float at high rpm. To facilitate the installation of the valve train upgrade kit, we offer a unique valve compression tool that allows installation without removing the cylinder head, saving you time and money.
RIVA/Carrillo connecting rods installed. The unique H-beam design is forged from ultra-high strength alloy rated for 500+ horsepower, making these rods much stronger and lighter than OEM equipment; allowing your engine to rev faster and withstand the rigorous demands of high horsepower amplification.
